Hi,
Just wanted to share two great experiences from my pregnancy, which may help other expectant Mums:-
-Attended antenatal classes with Tammy from Mawsley - birth-matters.co.uk I think. Just fantastic and well worth the time and effort. My hubby was a bit dubious for class 1, but so were all the other Dads - in reality they all loved it, particularly once they knew they were not going to be asked to hold hands and hum!! Met some great friends which provided a great support structure once babies arrived.
- If you don't have family around or just want some extra support / help with the birth - consider a Doula - Ours was great! Doula's are'nt that well know about, but they are great at being independant support for Mum and Dad right from birth prep, birth and post birth support.

Hope this helps!
K
